Marshall Henderson is wacky and a bit off. He’s also managing to make 35% of his threes, which is pretty much major conference average shooting. We’ve already seen the Ole Miss guard taunt fans at Auburn, throw ice into the student section, and generally be very noticeable. On Saturday night, he was noticeable for what he didn’t do–hang around to talk about the game.
After Ole Miss survived at home in Oxford against Georgia, but needed overtime to do it, Henderson was obviously crunched for time in getting to a party. He provided one quote, before heading out of the arena.
“If it’s all the same. It’s Saturday night. I’m out.”
I have a feeling it’s always Saturday night in Oxford when Henderson is around.
