Gregg Popovich cursed out Dwight Howard at the All-Star game Sunday – if you believe ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith – for doing what Howard does best: socializing and not paying attention.

That was at least the second time over the weekend Howard was clowning around and pissed someone off (the other was Kobe, of course).

Perhaps Howard got it all out of his system in Houston? Or Pop F-bombing him was the trigger he needed to clean up his act and stop farting all over the place?

Howard’s first game after the break: 24 points (10-of-13 FGs), 12 rebounds, just enough defense to frustrate Kevin Garnett, and the Lakers thumped the Celtics, 113-99.
