Florida Gulf Coast, America's Dunking Darlings, Have Become the First Ever 15 Seed to Reach the Sweet Sixteen

Florida Gulf Coast is the story of the 2013 NCAA Tournament. Highlight play after highlight play. In a year when the offenses haven’t always been, well, less than offensive, the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles are a refreshing change. The mid-major version of Phi Slamma Jamma thirty years later, the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles have made history by becoming the first ever 15 seed to advance to the Sweet Sixteen. They did it in style, with no flukes, by dominating both Georgetown and San Diego State, and having fun in the process.

Next up, Florida, in what will be a wild affair against another in-state power.
