As for the play itself, well, it looks like the kind of effort you normally only get in a Pro Bowl. Head coach Sonny Dykes had warned the players not to lay a hit on Marshawn Lynch and his expensive Seattle contract. Afterward, Lynch gave an interview showing off how to properly wear a helmet.
