The New York Times Wants You To Know that Eddie Murphy and Gulf Coast College Are Not in the Sweet Sixteen

The New York Times, as many publications do, will print corrections when information appeared incorrectly in the prior print version of stories. The Times correction, appearing here, on the story about Florida Gulf Coast was a bit lengthier than what is normally seen, and reads like the pharmaceutical disclaimers and warnings in a Viagra ad. The full text:
Eddie Murray was the one you might recall who had the follow up slam dunk in Friday night’s win over Georgetown, who shares a name with the former Baltimore Orioles first baseman, not the comedian who perpetrated “My Girl Wants to Party All the Time” on the American public. Now that we are clear on that, feel free to advance Gulf Coast College in all your brackets.
