Pat Riley on Danny Ainge: "Shut the f--- up and manage his own team"

To no surprise, Pat Riley wasn’t about to let a former Celtic now working in Boston’s front office, especially someone like Ainge, take shots at his prized superstar. Here are his fiery words in a statement released by the Heat:
“Danny Ainge needs to shut the fuck up and manage his own team. He was the biggest whiner going when he was a player. I know that because I coached against him.”
The best part about the quote is that “fuck” was part of the official release. That’s just beautiful.
Ainge has already responded to Riley’s elbow off the top rope, though in rather disappointingly boring fashion, saying both parties were right.
