Tyler Splichal of the University of Nebraska-Omaha got caught in a rundown during a double-header against Oakland earlier this month. As he turned to run away from Oakland’s catcher, Splichal fell. Oakland’s catcher then tripped over Splichal, but never tagged him. Splichal then got up and scampered to home to score. [Bob’s Blitz]
