Uncle Ruslan Tsarni, on the Two Boston Marathon Bombers: "They are Losers"

Uncle Ruslan had some thoughts on his nephews, the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings. He did not hold back. “Being losers, hatred to those that were able to settle themselves. These are the only reasons I can imagine.”

He pleaded with his nephew to turn himself in, but I’m not sure it would be a good idea for Ruslan to be present if that happens. Tsarnaev might not survive.
