Jets Draft Dee Milliner 9th, the Alabama Cornerback Who Will Replace Darrelle Revis
By Jason McIntyre
He’s had five surgeries, and might not be ready until August, but he also ran a sub 4.4 40, and probably is the best cornerback in the draft (depending who you talk to). I have some reservations about Alabama cornerbacks, mostly because they play for such great defenses. The last few out of Alabama – Jackson, Kirkpatrick – haven’t looked great in the NFL.
Milliner should instantly start ahead of Kyle Wilson, who is pretty clearly a bust.
