Marcus Lattimore to San Francisco Highlights Star-Studded 4th Round of the NFL Draft

South Carolina v Georgia

Marcus Lattimore, the former South Carolina star running back who had a brilliant freshman season, but suffered injuries as a sophomore and junior – including this gruesome one that appeared briefly to be a career-ender – was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 4th round with the 131st pick.

I can’t imagine Lattimore will be ready to play this season, and really, what’s the rush? Get completely healthy and target the 2014 season.
