With the 155th selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings selected Jeff Locke, a kicker and punter from UCLA. Locke, who kicked off for UCLA, averaged 44.23 yards per punt over the course of his career. What makes Locke so notable is the fact that his highlight package on NFL Network showed Locke injuring his arm without being touched. Twice. The NFL Network crew found quite amusing.
Update: In case you forgot, the Vikings already have a punter.
That’s a bold move Cotton. Lets see how it plays.
