Andrew Bogut gave Kenneth Faried a playful shove to the throat during Game 5 of the Nuggets – Warriors series. Things seem to be getting chippy. The Nuggets have a big lead early. Kosta Koufos and Steph Curry got double-technicals in the first quarter. Faried had a big dunk a few minutes later. He then slapped the backboard. Like I said, things are chippy.
