Sergio Garcia refused to allow bad green conditions to slow him down Friday afternoon in the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow. On the 3rd hole, Garcia was left with a 6-foot putt, but there was a mark between his ball and the hole. So Garcia took out a wedge, chipped the ball over the mark and rolled it into the hole for a par. Golf wins again!
He meant “hoar,” but that was still wrong.
