The Rangers experienced a brutal overtime loss to the Capitals in Game 2 on Saturday, falling by a score of 1-0. Following the carnage, John Tortorella offered up his usual brief responses while sporting his signature unimpressed expression. When a reporter asked the cantankerous coach what he thinks of the delay of game rule, he sternly replied with “it’s a rule.” Noted.
