The Penguins had a 4-3 lead early in the 3rd quarter against the Islanders, but Marc-Andre Fleury gave up three straight goals to help New York event he series at 2-2 on Tuesday night. While the series will resume on Thursday (“Who plays on a Thursday? Honestly.” – The NBA) the action has already carried past the final horn. I know the Penguins were frustrated, but getting Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby involved in a pointless scuffle probably isn’t a good idea. I hear at least one of those guys is sort of fragile.
