Fan Declares for NBA Draft With a Letter to the Commissioner and Gets an Interesting Response

A Reddit user, who admits he had been drinking, thought it would be a great idea to submit a letter to the NBA stating that he planned to enter the 2013 NBA Draft because he is eligible. After a few weeks of not hearing back, he had given up hope, but much to his surprise the NBA sent a pretty interesting letter back. Mr Redditor, you are now a free agent and may sign your first max-deal.
