Channing Frye Stood Tall as He Graduated From Arizona 8 Years After Leaving For the NBA
Channing Fyre played four seasons at Arizona, but didn’t graduate until last week. Frye walked on stage and accepted his degree with around 3,000 fellow graduates at Arizona Stadium last Friday night. Frye and the Wildcats lost to Deron Williams and Illinois in the Elite 8 during his senior season which is probably why he didn’t graduate on time. Better late than never. Frye sat out the 2012-2013 NBA season when he learned he had an enlarged heart.
