Norris Cole’s dunk late in the 4th quarter gave the Heat the lead on their way to a 94-91 Game Five win over the Bulls. Miami now waits for the winner of the Pacers-Knicks series.

Miami raced to a 22-4 lead, but Chicago stormed back behind Carlos Boozer (26 points, 14 rebounds) and Nate Robinson (21) and got a surprising contribution from Rip Hamilton (15 points) and held the lead from late in the second quarter onward. The Heat were able to avoid going back to Chicago for Game Six when Robinson and Jimmy Butler (19 points) missed 3-pointers in the final seconds.

LeBron had a ho-hum 19-8-7 and D Wade shook off an injury to finish with 18 points.
