Cain Velasquez defended the UFC heavyweight title at UFC 160 by knocking out Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva. Velasquez has now defended his title for the first time. His next task will be to tie to the record for heavyweight title defenses by winning a rematch with Junior dos Santos who won earlier in the night by knocking out Mark Hunt. Velasquez and dos Santos have traded first round knockouts in their first two meetings. Velasquez’s only loss in 13 career bouts came to dos Santos on the first UFC on FOX card. [@ZProphet_MMA]
