Horrific Broken Leg Highlights Annual Event Where People Chase Cheese Down a Hill [Video]

The annual Cooper’s Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake took place this weekend in Gloucestershire, England. I first wrote about this event 5 years ago. (Wow.) This year police threatened the 86-year old cheese-maker who provided the 7-9 (pound!) hunk of Gloucester cheese for the last 25 years, saying she could be held liable for any injuries. We will soon find out if there is anything behind those threats as one guy suffered a brutal broken leg during the event. (Around the 2:35 mark.
