Pete Rose Earns More Than $1 Million Per Year Signing Autographs

pete-rose-kiana-kim-2Pete Rose’s job, besides being a fashion maven, is to sign things for money. According to the WSJ, that’s not such a bad racket. Rose earns more than $1 million per year signing things at card shows.

Since 2005, he has spent several hours per day, 15 to 25 days per month, 12 months per year signing his name for money. He signs and poses for photos with anyone who buys memorabilia from his business partners, with items such as baseballs and photos ranging from $75 to $800. And for this, Rose earns more than $1 million per year.

According to Baseball Reference, that eclipses what Rose made his highest-paid year with the Reds in 1986. Not sure how much he received for the short-lived TLC show.
