If New York Knicks fans felt a brief moment of nostalgia and pride during the NBA Finals, it was because the logo at center court in MSG was featured right before ABC went to commercial in the 3rd quarter. Knicks fans must remember the last time their team contended. It was a strike-shortened season and they needed a phantom foul 4-point play to make the Finals and the Knicks lost to the Spurs and … I guess this might not be as good a memory as I originally thought. Let’s just forget this happened.
