Munenori Kawasaki has quickly become a fan favorite in Toronto. Kawasaki has been a shot in the arm for the struggling Blue Jays, providing excitement and moments like the one below. In the video above, Kawasaki drops his usual, “I am Japanese” before being told he is beloved in Canada. To that Kawasaki responds with, “Now I am Canuck.” Then he starts to sing the Canadian national anthem.
