Aaron Hernandez: Report Says He Has Not Been Ruled Out as a Suspect in Homicide

Aaron Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in the homicide investigation of a 27-year old man found approximately one mile from Hernandez’ home, according to CBS Boston, via a report from WBZ-TV’s Karen Anderson.

The story also identifies the victim, a man named Odin Lloyd of Dorchester, who played with a semi-pro football team in Boston named the Bandits. The man who discovered the body near an industrial park said that officers said the man looked like he had been shot somewhere else and dumped at that location.

Similar to last night’s report from ABC, some sources are referring to Hernandez as “uncooperative.” Lloyd was also described as “an associate” of Hernandez in that report. The original reporting from Sports Illustrated tied the investigation to a rented Chevrolet Suburban.

Police reportedly returned to Hernandez’ home this morning, after spending several hours there last night, but Hernandez and a woman had already left the home in his white Audi SUV before they arrived.
