LeBron James' NBA Finals MVP Speech: "I'm not even supposed to be here"

grab00017LeBron James was awarded his second straight NBA Finals MVP award after the Heat beat the Spurs in Game 7 of the 2013 NBA Finals. First LeBron talked about how tough the Spurs were and how hard he works on his game. When asked about the scrutiny – or “haters” as we call them on the Internet – he faces on a regular basis, LeBron had this to say:

“I’m LeBron James from Akron, Ohio. From the inner-city. I’m not even supposed to be here. That’s enough. Every night I walk into the locker room and see a number 6 with James on the back. I’m blessed. So what everybody say about me off the court don’t matter. I ain’t got no worries.”

Had he been holding a microphone, he probably would have dropped it.
