Belorussian Midfielder Scores on 70-yard Freekick [Video]

It’s a slow Monday in July, so here’s video of Alexander Karnitsky scoring from 70 yards away in a soccer match from Belarus. As with any of these goals from super long distance, the keeper tends to be culpable for straying too far off his line and that’s partially the case here. Still, putting it on target from that range is impressive. Plus, any excuse to post Cyrillic characters works for me.
