Von Miller Is Facing a Four Game Suspension, Currently Under Appeal [UPDATE: Von Miller Denial? "I Know I Did Nothing Wrong"]

Not a smoke machine. Just the clouds in Mile High stadium. Von Miller is facing a four game suspension for violation of league policy, which he is currently appealing, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN. At this point, it is not specified what the specific violation is. Denver opens the year in a playoff rematch against the Baltimore Ravens, followed by the Manning Bowl game against the Giants. After a game against the Raiders, the Denver defense will also face Chip Kelly’s offense and whatever form it may be in by the first month of the season, without Miller if he is suspended. The team already lost Elvis Dumervil in the fax fiasco, and now may be without its leading pass rusher for the start of the season. We should have suspected something when Miller was spotted in this outfit. [UPDATE: Von Miller has responded with a “I know I did nothing wrong”.]
