LeBron James is in the Philippines for a Nike promotional tour. In this video, LeBron is playing rim protector as some young Philippine players go through a layup line. LeBron blocks one shot and the next kid to come through is 6-foot-4 high schooler Kobe Paras, the son of 2-time Philippine Basketball Association MVP Benjie Paras. LeBron takes a swipe at the ball, but Kobe cocks it back and dunks. It’s not what Tiago Splitter aimed to do, but if I were him I’d be happy with the results.
Kobe had a similar dunk earlier this month, but over less impressive competition.
