Freddie Freeman fouled a pitch straight back in Wednesday’s Braves – Mets game. The foul ball destroyed the protective glass on the backstop that hides an SNY camera. According to the announcers, this is the third time that glass has been cracked this season. That seems like two more times that it should have happened. Maybe get some of the glass the Marlins have on their fish tank? Or don’t because you’re the Mets. Either makes sense.
Someday I suppose.
