Alex Gordon Made a Great Catch Running Face-First into the Wall [Video]

The Royals dropped the final two games of their unusual five-game series with the Tigers this weekend to fall 8.5 games behind in the American League Central race. On the plus side Kansas City fans got to watch Alex Gordon make this great catch to rob Victor Martinez Sunday afternoon in Detroit. Gordon turned his back to home plate and crashed face-first into the fence at Comerica Park. He held on and avoided serious injury, take note Bryce Harper.
