Matt Birk is Retired, But He's Wearing His Helmet and Jersey in Case He's Needed

Matt Birk retired after winning the Super Bowl earlier this year. Sometimes it is tough for people to move on after they retire. Birk posted this picture to Instagram tonight while watching the Ravens and Broncos. Apparently, the jersey – and helmet – still fits.
