Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller was carted off the field after taking a hit during the first quarter against San Diego State. He had his left knee examined in the locker room and a brace was applied, a team spokesman said. He’ll sit out the remainder of the game as a precaution, but is healthy enough to play.
