Vinnie Sunseri Pick-Six on Tipped Pass Gives Alabama 35-14 Lead, Game Over Already?
By Jason McIntyre
Texas A&M’s defense finally got a stop to start the 2nd half, but on the Aggies’ second offensive play of the second half, Johnny Manziel made a mistake. The Texas A&M QB forced one downfield, and an Alabama defender made a nice play to tip the pass. Tide safety Vinnie Sunseri caught the ball and raced 73 yards for the TD.
That gave Alabama a 35-13 lead, and despite there being 28 minutes left on the clock, it certainly feels like the Aggies will need a minor miracle to rally.
