Sergio Aguero's No-Look Volley Put Manchester City Ahead vs. Manchester United
By Mike Cardillo
Sergio Agüero fired Manchester City to a 1-0 lead over rival Manchester United via this impressive over-the-shoulder no-look volley in the first half of their match Sunday in the Premier League.
Equally impressive was the combination play of Samir Nasri (note the nonchalant backheel) and Aleksandar Kolarov, who unzipped United defenders Chris Smalling and Antonio Valencia.
Of note, Manchester United star striker Robin van Persie missed the game with a groin injury. City leads 2-0 heading into the halftime break thanks to a goal from Yaya Toure in first-half stoppage time.
