T.J. McDonald's Helmet Went Flying Off While Tackling Colin Kaepernick

Rams rookie safety T.J. McDonald came flying on a Colin Kaepernick scramble, and his helmet launched down the field. McDonald was fine on this play, but has now left the game on another play, when his helmet came off again, but in which he suffered a leg injury and has been carted off the field.
