Dom Tiberi, Local Sports Anchor Who Lost His Daughter Two Weeks Ago, Was Hugged By the Entire Ohio State Football Team

Dom Tiberi lost his 21-year old daughter, Maria, in a car accident on September 17th. Before Ohio State’s game against Florida A&M on the 21st, the school paid tribute to Maria, a student at Ohio State, with a moment of silence. Last Thursday, Dom Tiberi returned to the air, thanking his family and friends and Ohio State. It was heartbreaking.

Knowing all that, this video showing the entire Buckeye’s team walking by Tiberi after their win against Wisconsin is hard to watch. Every Ohio State player stopped to hug Tiberi. You can’t hear anything being said, but this video is just as powerful as the one above. Class move by Ohio State dealing with a horrible situation.
