Jerry Sandusky Denied New Trial, His Lawyer Will Now Go to State Supreme Court

Image (1) paterno-sandusky.jpg for post 136276Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State defensive coordinator who will spend the rest of his life rotting in prison, was denied a new trial this morning by a Pennsylvania Appeals Court.

Sandusky, who is 69 years old, is doing a 30-60 prison term after he was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys. His lawyer plans to ask the State Supreme Court to review the case.
