Jarome Iginla made his Boston Bruins debut Thursday night. The 36-year old former Calgary star took a monster check from Tampa Bay’s Radko Gudas. Iginla dropped his gloves and fought Gudas in a fight that saw both players legally lose their helmets. See? The NHL’s new rules are working out great. The important thing is that Bruins won the game, 3-1 and Boston fans now officially like Iginla because he fought.
“He’ll be here all week.”
He was 25 years old.
“Like a freight train, choo choo baby.”
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Team MVP? It’s debatable.
