Louisville vs. Rutgers: Huge Night For Teddy Bridgewater

Lousiville is playing a semi-reputable opponent tonight, Rutgers. Making this a huge night for Teddy Bridgewater. 20 NFL teams and 26 scouts will be in attendance. Countless amateur scouts will be watching this one on television. Well, at least until the Bears and Giants kickoff. Public consensus should set in on Twitter by the end of the first quarter.

Looking at the Top 10 in passer rating, 2014 won’t be an optimal year for marginal NFL quarterbacks. Bridgewater, Mettenberger, Manziel, Boyd, Murray and Mariota will all be draft eligible. Outside A.J. McCarron and Keith Price are both seniors. UCLA’s Brett Hundley is eligible to come out. This could be the maddest run on quarterbacks since 2011, when teams scrambled to grab Jake Locker, Blaine Gabbert and Christian Ponder in the first 12 picks. That actually happened.
