Alameda Ta’amu, a defensive tackle on the Arizona Cardinals, kicked San Francisco’s Alex Boone in the face at the end of a play. Ta’amu’s kick was a result of Boone hitting Boone in the helmet. Pretty cut and dry incident, right? Try telling that to Jim Harbaugh, who reamed Boone when he came to the sideline, which sent the 6-foot-8, 300 pound Boone into a fit of rage. He screamed at Harbaugh, “he kicked me in the fu$king face!” and then after players pull Boone away from the coach, he still was ranting about the kick.
Alameda Ta’amu will no doubt be fined at least $2,500 for the kick at some point this week.
