Texas Longhorns Turned to the Fast Six Soundtrack For Inspiration to Beat Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry

Ride or die. That’s the choice Mack Brown and the University of Texas media department gave the football team on Saturday before the Red River Shootout. The unranked Longhorns chose to ride, beating #12 Oklahoma 36-20 in the 2013 edition of the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday. The video was set to 2 Chainz and Wiz Khalifa’s We Own It from the Fast Six soundtrack and most importantly features the voice of Vin Diesel.

Here are the first lines to the song:

"Money’s the motivation, money’s the conversation You on vacation, We gettin paid so We on paycation"

I’m pretty sure listening to music that references getting paid is an NCAA violation. Also, going on a “paycation” is strictly prohibited under NCAA rules. Texas can expect some fresh sanctions any day now.
