Per agent Drew Rosenhaus to PFT, “Rob [Gronkowski] has now been cleared by all his doctors to play in Sunday in the Jets game.”

Rob Gronkowski – the other New England Patriots tight end who hasn’t been allowed to play football so far this season – has been cleared to resume playing football professionally. Gronkowski has reportedly finally been cleared to play in New England’s game against the Jets on Sunday. Just yesterday, Rosenhaus said he had no idea when Gronk would return.
The 5-1 Patriots travel to Metlife Stadium to take on the 3-3 Jets. With Gronk back and the Jets coming off a loss to the hapless Steelers at home, I fully expect the Patriots to get crushed. Gronk has been sidelined since having back and arm surgeries.
