Jens Voigt is the Most Confident Cyclist in the World

Jens Voigt is a 42-year old German cyclist. This video comes from the Tour of California back in May, but since it is from the Tour of California back in May, I doubt many people have actually seen this. In a post-stage interview, Voight is asked about his confidence and responds in spectacular fashion.

“Once I go, I’m committed. And I actually have… sometimes I have confident beyond reason. I go hey, you know you can’t beat that out. I’m motherfucking Jens Voight so they’re not going to catch me, right?”

Now imagine that with a thick German accent. Or just watch the video. Either way, it is pretty awesome. I’m reminded of something the great Jack Donaghy once said.
