Adrian Peterson Refused to Go Down, Carried Two Cowboys into the End Zone
By Jason McIntyre
Adrian Peterson almost did a squat the 5-yard line, refused to go down, then just powered his way into the end zone with two Dallas Cowboys on his back.
Oh, this came on 4th and inches from the 10-yard line.
In a 3-point game.
The Vikings – 10-point underdogs – now lead, 23-20, with under six minutes left. The extra-point missed, meaning Dallas just needs a FG, not a TD, to send the game to overtime.
