Tampa Bay Executes the Rarely Seen Jump Pass Touchdown - From Running Back to Tight End
By Jason McIntyre
Desperate times … yeah.
Tampa Bay, 0-7 and 16-point underdogs on the road against mighty Seattle, has improbably snagged a 21-0 second quarter lead. This is Tampa’s latest touchdown, something you rarely see in the NFL.
Running back Mike James took a handoff, slowed down at the line of scrimmage and lobbed a pass to Tom Crabtree, his tight end. Crabtree was on the ground, but actually got up in time to make the catch.
Yup, it’s 21-0.
