Erik Walden Ripped Off Delanie Walker's Helmet, Then Head Butted Him

The Colts are melting down and looking bad again, after getting destroyed last Sunday at home against the Rams. Indianapolis already had two personal foul penalties on the drive before Erik Walden ripped Delanie Walker’s helmet off his head. He got a flag for that move.
He then added a head butt to Walker’s chin. How exactly is he in the game right now? He somehow did not get ejected for that bush league move. Expect a big fine.
