Attempts to find the original have been difficult, but I can tell you the picture is from at least January 2009 and it may have originated on Getty. Now that we’ve establish the fact that we’re not sure which youth wrestling tournament this picture

The referee looks like a combination of Chris Pratt and Seth Rogen. His smile says “Bro, you just lost to a girl. You have to admit that’s kind of funny. Also, I hope none of the parents see me laughing.”
