Colorado State Scores 18 Points in Last Three Minutes to Break the Cougars and Their Fans

Washington State had a 45-30 lead in the fourth quarter after Connor Halliday’s sixth touchdown pass. However, Mike Leach and his swashbuckling could not bring it home. Colorado State scored two touchdowns, and got a two point conversion with 33 seconds left to tie it.

Then, the fumble that stunned the Washington State faithful and set up the winning field goal. Bowl season is off to a rocking start.
