The 6th NHL Winter Classic was held at Michigan Stadium in freezing temperatures in front of 105,491 fans. The bad weather was less ideal which kept the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs from moving the puck crisply or efficiently and the game ended in a shootout. The snow at Michigan Stadium kept the game ugly, but boy did it look cool. [Getty]
