Jamaal Charles hit his head on the Lucas Oil Stadium turf in the 1st quarter of the AFC Wild Card game between the Chiefs and Colts. Charles stayed on the ground before being helped off the field to undergo concussion tests. Upon watching a replay of Charles hitting his head on the ground, Mike Mayock explained that Charles was hit in the head by a lineman. (He very clearly was not.) Charles has gone to the locker room.
Update: Charles is out, but the Chiefs still lead.
